White Pages Coordinator

Join our innovative, industry leading company in the role of White Pages Coordinator at our Overland Park, KS office.

We seek an individual to process white pages advertising requests, follow up to confirm requests processed by telephone company buisness offices and track the status of the requests from initiation to completion. Individual will be responsible for weekly progress reports. Additional tasks include basic clerical, copying, data entry, filing and special projects.

Position Requirements:Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet time deadlines Experience with Microsoft Office Word & Excel Strong, professional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Meticulous attention to detail Proper phone etiquette Basic typing and filing skills Ability to work as a team
