Primary responsibilities for this position will be overall P&L and long-term growth of the business unit to meet the company's strategic and annual business plans for a high growth unit at First Advantage. The successful candidate will oversee approximately 50-60 current employees that are based primarily in the Indianapolis, IN area. Responsibility Responsibility for all business aspects of the strategic recruiting solutions group He/she will provide tactical and strategic guidance and be responsible for development and execution of the Business Unit's strategic plan. Plans and directs all aspects of a division's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops policies and procedures for operational processes in order to ensure scalable, repeatable profitable growth. Responsibility for all product development, customer service, operations, alliances/acquisitions, forecasting and strategic planning activities. Responsible for annual business planning, and marketing plan creation and execution to deliver the plan. Responsible for driving overall sales by leveraging a corporate sales and marketing function. Manage complexities and competing priorities. Coordinate information and activities among groups with differing agendas, across multi-functional areas. Will manage day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, including workload planning, up selling new clients, and project financial performance. Responsible for meeting financial commitments. He/she will be accountable for providing the resources necessary to grow and take actions to control costs. Set clear goals and pursue them until desired results are achieved. Responsible for directing the business development function of the division. Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities. Requests financial feasibility studies and develops proposals for new business opportunities. Requirements: Requirements Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience managing a company or business unit with proven strategic planning and implementation skills. Direct experience in marketing, advertising, or talent acquisition is required. An effective executive with a proven track record of success operations leadership with a focus on scalable, repeatable execution. Successful candidate will know how to accurately read financial reports and be able to respond to the underlying operational issues. A proven history of meeting financial commitments is mandatory. In addition, he/she should be a proven manager able to assess, mentor and develop employees. He/she must excellent interpersonal and communication skills exhibiting a strong executive presence.
