POSITION: PowerPoint Specialist / Graphic Designer:
We are looking for a sophisticated PowerPoint specialist / graphic designer to join our company who will meet with lawyers, consult with them and turn their complex, technical information into visual concepts (PowerPoint Presentations, charts, graphs, timelines, & diagrams). In this highly creative role you will also manage multiple projects requiring organizational skills.
The key duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
· Prepare estimates and project proposals
· Responsible for project time/budget tracking, administration, and management
· Design and develop trial presentations
· Coordinate all technology and presentation-related issues
· Demonstrate services and equipment installation at client offices
Requirements for this challenging position:
· Minimum 5 years experience on Mac and PC
· Must have advanced skills in PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, &Photoshop
· Must know Word and Excel
· HTML, XML, ASP and/or PHP a plus
· 3D Studio Max, Final Cut Pro, and DVD Studio Pro a plus.
· Must be creative, organized and able to conceptualize
· Outstanding design and communication skills
· A self-starter able to handle multiple projects
· Work well in fast-paced, quickly changing, high pressure situations
· Assume a professional appearance
· Experience in an informational design position helpful
· Experience in a production environment helpful
· Experience in legal or trial support helpful
· Work a flexible schedule that allows for overtime in order to meet client deadlines
· Light to heavy lifting
