Treasury Analyst (FIN-305)

We currently have the need for a Treasury Analyst in our New York office. The position reports to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.   In this position you will:Report daily cash to senior managementMaintain daily cash transactions and transfersEvaluate corporate cash requirements and maintain appropriate cash flow forecasting and reporting  Analyze float on cash requirementsCreate management reporting package for cashDevelop policies and procedures around the cash process with proper segregation of dutiesAssist Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis with other forecasting and budgeting responsibilitiesPrepare daily cash journal entriesAd hoc projects as needed.Required Skills





 Qualified candidates will have:

 Strong knowledge of accounting Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis and keep team aware of status of tasks Solid communication skills and be able to work with members of the accounting team The ability to maintain a positive attitude and be able to adapt to any changes Strong interpersonal skillsThe ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment,be detail-oriented and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

 Required Experience

BS in Finance/Accounting 4 to 6 years previous expereince with a minimum 3 years in a treasury role Proficient in Excel Strong understanding of treasury practices and procedures
