Location: Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Responsibilities: Functions as a primary writer responsible for preparing standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flows. Manages, with supervision, the complete documentation cycle for a number of documentation projects. Organizes content into a logical flow and tailors language to target audience. Writes and edits according to established standards. Gathers and assimilates information from a variety of sources. May participate in user analysis, interviewing subject matter experts, and reading and interpreting process operating procedures and work instructions. Adheres to design principles and methodologies. Submits process documentation to standards library for approval and revision control. Estimates time requirements, size and resource commitments. Manages the flow of assigned tasks and tack scope changes. Evaluates the impact of project scope or process changes on documentation schedules. Performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Refers complex, unusual problems to others. Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.   Requirements: Bachelor's Degree BS/BA. For years experience Performing writing and editing functions to prepare procedural docs.
