Team Leader (Market Research - Online Studies)

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for consulting with Synovate's internal Account Group Staff regarding Online Data Collection capabilities and best practices. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Advise internal Account Group Teams on the appropriateness and feasibility of online data collection methodology. 

· Provide competitive price quotes and assist with proposals.

· Provide online project execution support.  

· Recommend questionnaire design solutions. 

· Assist in development of questionnaires, sample plans, study execution schedules, proposals, and bids.  Counsel on sample design/selection as well as quota design & management.

· Offer recommendations to internal Account Group Teams for Online Panel usage.

· Develop and implement project ramp-up procedures that minimize costs and shorten turnaround times

· Reinforce global Data Collection capabilities that are available to Synovate Client Service organization

· Supervise assigned staff with daily job assignments, as needed, to ensure that established project timelines are met.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent in experience.

· Minimum 5+ years market research experience, specifically online data collection.

· Prior Supervisory experience. Ability to effectively lead and motivate others in accomplishing established goals.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle and oversee multiple projects within established timeframe and within budget.

· Strong conflict and problem solving skills.

· Outstanding client service orientation.

· High level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment to success.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software systems.
