Support Desk Analyst

Responsibilities:

Process daily vendor disposition and hours reporting files . Provide 1st level support to end users via phone or email · Track all contacts within the trouble ticket system · Ensure that company escalation procedures are managed and executed · Daily production status · Reject file status · Daily, Weekly, Monthly and ad hoc management information reports.

Minimum Position Requirements:

1 year experience writing queries with SQL · 2+ years experience utilizing MS Office Professional · 1+ years experience utilizing FTP software · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Detail and analytically oriented · Ability to work across functional areas of the enterprise · Exposure to archiving procedures · Ability to understand directory and database structures · Exposure to Technical Helpdesk Methodologies and MUST have flexible work schedule to support the 24/7 help desk.
