Staff and Content Manager (Executive Producer), Internet Media

The Staff and Content Manager, (we call them Executive Producers) position is a key leadership role. You will manage a team of Producers in Travelzoo's New York office.  This role will require a focus on producing high quality content while maximizing performance for our advertising clients. You will oversee your team's day-to-day interactions, working with major national and regional clients, while providing strategic direction to improve client relationships. You will consult directly and indirectly with clients to optimize their online campaigns and educate them on how to best utilize Travelzoo's products to meet their business needs. You will come with industry knowledge to help improve our offerings and overall business. In addition, you will provide market trends and intelligence to the team.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' professional experience
- Prior experience working within the hotel industry (brand, property or management company) or an online travel agency
- Experience working with online content and must understand CPC campaigns
- Highly motivated, proactive, creative, and must have the drive and ability to manage a successful product
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Strong staff management, motivational and developmental skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
