Please have several work samples to show that you have a deep understanding of experience design. You must be able to show production of wireframes, IA, UX components, screen layouts and a solid design aesthetic (colors, typography, etc).Must be proficient with CS3, AJAX/DHTML/XML and have a knowledge of Flash or HTML.
