Sr. Media Analyst

Warner Bros. Distributing Inc. seeks a Sr, Media Analyst for the Media Advertising department. Position will assist Media Manager and Media Director in supervising the execution of media plans. Monitors media expenditures and update all budgets on a weekly basis. Presents and explains weekly changes to Media Manager, Media Director and VP of Media. Provides direction to media analyst(s). Provides Finance Department with weekly spending updates. Evaluates, approves and gives direction to the Agency on out-of-home proposals and track out-of-home inventory by film. Evaluates, approves and gives direction to the Agency on radio proposals by film and communicate information on all radio buys and sponsorships to field publicity and sales. Evaluates, approves and gives direction to the Agency on place-based schedules and ensure that all elements are being correctly routed through the appropriate channels. Oversees analysis of tracking and assists media analyst(s) in presenting the data to Senior members of the media team. Monitors TIVO/VOD plans and ensure that all elements are being recorded and tracked in the Media Materials Deadlines report. Assists with special film projects and explore areas for development.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Psychology, English, or related field required. Approximately 3 years of advertising and media experience required, with at least one year being directly related to the Motion Picture industry. Knowledge of marketing and the media sufficient to develop media plans for the promotion of Warner Bros. products. Must be able to develop and monitor budgets and expenditures. Must be able to analyze the effectiveness of media advertising. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook programs. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management, etc. on media related issues. Knowledge of marketing & media sufficient to develop media plans for promotion of Warner Bros. products strongly preferred. Must be able to communicate tactfully and effectively with all levels of personnel, both in person and on the telephone. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to handle multiple tasks. Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary.
