Specific job responsibilities include: Own lifecycle email campaign creation, optimization and management. A rare chance to start almost from scratch. Create segmentation matrix. Who wants what, why and when? Define our voice. How we say it matters as much as what we say. Work cross functionally with product on communicating benefits of feature enhancements and new functionality. Evolve best practices. Integrate email delivery, testing tools and infrastructure as necessary. Own creation, reporting and communication of key lifecycle marketing metrics.
Qualifications: Proven ability to meet deadlines in the context of start-up speed or some other type of uncommon pressure. Almost nothing rattles you. It's just another challenge. Has at least five years of major online marketing campaign experience with an expertise on lifecycle email development. Creative thinker who can also get strategic and pitch what they believe when it matters. Resourcefulness. You won?t always have the budget, time or resources, but that doesn't change the demand. Keen statistical mindset. Eager to implement reporting and analysis applications to drive effective decision making. Passion.
