The key performance objective of this position is the ability to manage project-specific communications in support ofthe Deloitte Talent Experience as part of the overall Talent Organization.   Title: Senior Manager or Experienced Manager - U.S. Communications   Location:  New York City or West Coast (San Francisco area) preferred but not mandatory   Duties and Responsibilities: • Must be superlative Internal Communications professional • Develop and implement multi-faceted internal communications strategies, tactics and metrics for projects in support of the Talent Experience within the Talent organization • Work directly with the Talent communications team and project teams as appropriate • Manage internal communications related to Talent projects to ensure message coordination, clarity, consistency, and context in relation to the overall Talent Experience • Ensure key project messages are aligned and reinforced both nationally, and locally - regionally and within service linesQualifications and Requirements: • Senior professional with a minimum of 7 - 10 years relevant experience in communications or Human Capital Consulting • Superlative project management skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Strong writing and editing skills • Experience working with senior leadership • Works well under pressure and can effectively and professionally handle tough issues • Strong knowledge of and experience in corporate internal communications strategic practices and execution • Degree in Communications, English, or Business with expertise in communications practices preferred • Thorough understanding and expertise in product design for all forms of internal communications media • Expertise in measuring the effectiveness of different internal communication strategies and approaches • Knowledgeable in communications software needed to perform the role: all aspects of Microsoft Office and ancillary tools, working knowledge of Web-based communication tools, etc. About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
