We invite you to consider a career with Portland General Electric Specialist, Key Customer Manager  Support and represent PGE to our current and future largest customers and in turn advocate for these customers. Build and maintain and expand mutually profitable relationships with existing and potential customers. Prospect for and discover each customer’s unique needs of the most complex or subtle nature. Understand each customer’s business, so that their needs can be anticipated and met.  Advocate for the appropriate solutions in the face of the most sophisticated objections, intense analyses, and strongest competitor’s objections from other parties. Make effective decisions that balance PGE's corporate goals, customer's needs, regulatory requirements and community impact interests within a broad range of authority delegated by the highest levels of management.  Serve as the project manager advocate across a broad spectrum of functions, i.e., engineering, finance, legal, assuring mutual customer and Company needs are met.. Typically, 12 years of applicable experience or a college degree in business, engineering, finance, marketing, communication, psychology, or a relevant technical area plus 8 years of responsible experience. In order to be considered an applicant for this position, you will need to complete our employment application.
