Summary:  

 

As a member of the Advertising Operations Team, the Traffic Manager will be responsible for implementing advertising campaigns and ensuring that campaigns achieve client goals.  They will be responsible for properly loading campaigns and making recommendations regarding effective mobile advertising.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

 Traffic new campaigns on JumpTap’s advertising platformsWork with the sales team to improve mobile media plans to ensure they meet the advertiser’s and/or agencies strategic goalsAnalyze the market and advertising inventory and make suggestions regarding opportunities and challengesCollaborate with sales on available inventory for new proposalsOn boarding new advertisersQA of campaignsRevenue/Campaign Optimization (short and long term)Compile, evaluate and analyze results and recommend strategy/plan changes when necessaryInventory reporting when necessaryCreating market mobile best practicesCampaign trafficking and reporting support for other markets as assigned When needed update management on trafficked campaign progress and issues

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a Four-Year College or University 3-5 years experience in digital media, preferably in sales planning and campaign managementExperience with 24/7 Real Media’s Open AdStream (required)Experienced in all forms of online targeting modules and buying options (e.g., behavioral, contextual, network buy, CPC, CPM, etc.)Excellent communication skills and a high level of computer/online proficiencyGood interpersonal skills/team oriented; working with both internal departments, senior management and outside clientsMust be outgoing, organized and efficientAbility to work in fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical skills and must possess strong problem solving skillsMust have the ability to pay close attention to details and work well under time constraints
