Senior Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate should have very strong written and verbal communication skills, be a good problem-solver and a strategic thinker who likes to work in a collaborative, creative, fast-paced environment.



You are entrepreneurial in spirit, with an ability to:

>       Develop an approach to a project based on a client’s objectives

>       Outline key questions we need to answer to meet those objectives

>       Obtain the answers from one-on-one discussions with clients and their customers

>       Support your findings with marketplace and competitive analysis

>       Formulate strategic recommendations



You are comfortable leading the creative development process including writing creative briefs and content outlines, helping to evaluate creative work, leading the presentation to the client, and communicating feedback.  A basic understanding of the print and interactive production processes is a plus.

You have a strong project management skill set that includes writing proposals and estimates, developing project plans, involving the right resources, and seeing projects through to completion.



You should have 5-7 years of relevant marketing and/or agency experience, and be comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities day-to-day.



Qualifications

Candidates should have:

>       5-7+ years relevant work experience

>       Analysis of research findings and basic strategy development     

>       In-depth understanding of creative process and relationship to marketing strategy

>       Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

>       Strong writing skills

>       Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

>       Attention to details

>       BA or higher

>       Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
