Senior Interactive Account Manager/Account Director
At Unit 7, the air is electric, the pace ferocious, and the work exhilarating as we create the music of Collaborative Invention – we are looking for a new Senior Interactive Account Manager/Account Director to join our team.
As a Senior Interactive Account Manager/Account Director you will be the primary client contact. You will:
· Develop and implement marketing communication strategies, plans and programs that support day-to-day account activity and longer-term business objectives
· Serve as a key point of contact for client and will be responsible for all project and account-related issues
· Build and maintain strong client relationship
· Supervise teams: demonstrate strong leadership, provide direction and professional development
· Ensure that all deliverables are on schedule, specification and within budget for a given project
· Support new business pursuits
We are seeking someone with the following qualifications:At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Interactive Account Manager/Account Director Profound time, cost and budget, risk, quality, resource, asset, change, and conflict or crisis management skills Excellent customer service skills Experience leading large, multidisciplinary website teams Strong strategic thinking skills Team player, flexibility required Engaging online portfolio Must be a tactical and tactful negotiator Work well under pressure ‘Hands-on experience’ in any of the delivering areas (creative, technological, strategic …) in order to ensure a good understanding of everyday work
