Senior Client Services Director

 

Our client, one of the largest independent SEM firms in the country, is looking for a Senior Client Services Manager.  This individual will have a direct impact on the growth of the agency and the success of their clients.  If you are for a smart, energetic, results- oriented individual with outstanding skills and experience in interactive media, this job is for you.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 Develop the strategic direction of the SEM campaigns and have full ownership over client satisfaction and positive results Manage and mentor an account management team Be the liaison between the agency and client regarding strategy, goals and campaign performance Collaborate with internal teams to meet client’s needs and deadlines Facilitate and manage client meetings Ability to recognize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients

 

 

Skills required:

 Bachelor’s degree required 8+ years working in interactive media (preferably SEM or Interactive Advertising agency) Proficient with MS Office Strategic thinker Strong analytical skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent project management skills Superior verbal, written communications skills and experience presenting to Fortune 500 clients
