Senior Billing Accountant
APCO Worldwide, a global communication consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., is seeking a senior billing accountant, responsible for managing the billing process for APCO’s top tier clients. You will be responsible for working with project managers to produce and finalize monthly client invoices, preparing client budget tracking reports and reconciling client accounts, reconciling manual invoices and working with junior billers to set up and approve new projects.
A successful candidate will have an accounting degree or equivalent work experience, and four or more years of client billing experience (preferably in a professional services firm). You must have proven experience using accounting/ERP software, excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in MS Office products also required.
