Senior Account Manager

 

OgilvyAction – is a leading national marketing and promotion agency providing a broad client base with strategically sound, creative solutions and tactical marketing support.  Responsibilities are diverse and a “can doâ€� attitude is vital to success. 

 

Key Responsibilities:Developing and growing client relationships and managing projects to completion. Creating timelines and reviewing with vendors and client.  Making client aware of changes in timeline and keeping the team on schedule accordingly. Updating weekly project status reports for internal meetings and weekly client meetings.  Managing the success of the weekly status meetings.  Making sure all information reported in the weekly status reports is up to date and correct. Working directly with creative team to develop all creative and managing the creative, traffic and client processes in and out of the OgilvyAction system. Generating and distributing client invoices, following-up with clients and accounting on any past-due receivables for these projects.  Gathering all information and completing billing reconciliations on projects

Skills and/or Experience Required:BA Marketing or related field Manditory Golf ExperienceSports Marketing a plus3-5 years promotion/marketing communications experience Solid experience working with in-house creative and printer/fulfillment vendors Computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred 2-3 years Agency experience
