It is ideal for candidates interested in applying their skills and energy to the local internet advertising sector and has marketing background with analytical skills. Job Description: -Develop and manage SEM campaigns using Spot Runner’s patent pending technology -Analyze categories, competitive websites to gain market intelligence about various businesses. -Develop a list of targeted search phrases and keywords that potential customers would type into a search engine to find businesses in a category. -Write an ad copy based on guidelines that potential customers will want to click on. -Track performance of keywords in various categories using tools. -Track performance of PPC campaign in various categories using tools. -Talk to customers to learn more about their business and to fine tune their campaigns Must have Skill Set: -Experience with Search Engine Marketing on Google, Yahoo and other internet channels. -Experience in managing dozens of Pay Per Click campaigns. -Understanding Internet Marketing in general -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with working knowledge of MS office applications (Excel especially). -Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment. -Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine. -Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility. -Comfortable working with team members at all levels. -Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and flexibility. -Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. This position is based in Fremont, CA and offers a competitive compensation package including stock options, 401K, vacation/sick days and a complete benefits plan.
