NCiM INC. (New Concepts in Marketing) is a national marketing company with a local presence that specializes in retail store product demonstrations. We are currently looking for 5 individuals to fulfill the duties of a scheduling coordinator for several Seattle, WA areas. Ideal locations for schedulers to be located in would be Seatte, WAThe individual would act as a liason between the local grocery stores and our independently contracted product demonstrators, to schedule the product demonstrators into weekend shifts at stores in the Seattle area.Our clients include national brands in the consumer packaged goods industry, as well as some retail grocery chains. Our marketing team pre-arranges a schedule of product demonstrations to promote a wide variety of products for our clients. It is then the scheduling coordinator's job to fill these needs by assigning product demonstrators to the various stores.

Requirements
Qualifications:
· Ability to coordinate assignments in retail stores through an existing network of field marketers
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
· Good communication skills (significant telephone contact involved)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
· Knowledge of the in-store product demonstration industry, promotional staffing industry, and/or retail industry, or a solid merchandising background
· Minimum 2 year degree with minimum 3 years experience, or additional experience in a comparable industry may substitute degree requirements
·  Bi-lingual skills very helpful
