The Opportunity: As the Vice President of Marketing, bring your expertise, vision and passion, in online consumer marketing to drive members to the site, and create programs that keep people wanting more! Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the VP will work closely with the MyPoints executive team to do the following: · Collaborate with the senior management team to determine long term product development and national marketing strategy for current and future products. · Develop effective and cohesive messaging and promotional tactics for the company. · Manage marketing campaigns and activities including: sales collateral, e-mail, public relations, the web site, and various products. · Collect report and analyze marketing metrics. · Lead industry assessments to determine the appropriate goals, objectives and partners to drive sustainable profitable growth consistent with the direction of the corporation. · Manage the Creative Services team for the development of all levels of branding, marketing, UI and promotional materials. · Manage the Web Development team and prioritize web development projects. · Lead the Product Marketing team to attain predefined goals and objectives. Provide marketing strategy for products managed by the product marketing team. Requirements: · Minimum 5+ years of online marketing experience at a senior level. · Bachelors' degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. · Ability to work collaboratively on relationship building with internal and external partners. · Ability to proactively manage conflict resolution. · Demonstrated ability to formulate or enhance a value proposition, market strategy, and portfolio of products and services. · Results driven, energetic, creative and hard working, with a commitment to the highest quality of care and service. · Proven ability to coach and develop talent. · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
