Sales and Marketing Manager
This position serves as Sales and Marketing Manager in growing the sports marketing business and assisting the Company’s President. This individual also functions as sales staff and manager, marketing consultant; corporate sales manager; sales representative; hospitality and customer service manager; business-planning and development manager; public relations manager, including creation of all written materials; supporting creative and technical tasks; and supporting accounting and financial matters and tasks.

You should have a strong passion for the sports marketing industry and the ability to organize and carry out many projects simultaneously. You will show initiative in helping us attain our goal of becoming a global leader in sports marketing.Â

Main Responsibilities:
•          Acquire and bring new corporate and individual clients, sponsors, and business opportunities
•          Maintain and keep having good, strong and business relationships with clients, people and organizations which work with the Company, co-workers, staff, vendors, investors, and any other supporters, people and organizations which are related to the Company
•          Acts as sales staff and manager, marketing consultant; corporate sales manager; sales representative; hospitality and customer service manager; business-planning and development manager; public relations manager, including creation of all written materials; supporting creative and technical tasks; and supporting accounting and financial matters and tasks
•          Executes any daily sales and marketing tasks and assignments to acquire new corporate and individual clients and to maintain the good and strong business relationships and generate new business with the existing clients.
•          Acts as assistant of the Company’s President
•          Must share president’s sense of value
•          Act as a good and reliable sales representative, sales manager, marketing consultant and business planning and development manager.
•          Acts as good and reliable strategist and adviser to assist the Company’s President and growing the Company’s business.
•          Furnish artistic support on presentations and other strategic documents related to marketing and sponsorship programming, client proposals, and public relations needs
•          Duties also include contract negotiation, risk management, property administration and interpretation of financial accounts
•          Prepares presentations and other strategic documents on our marketing and sponsorship programs for prospective clients Â
•          Supports to work in an Information Technology capacity to troubleshoot on tech and design activities
•          Update the contents of the website, and support to handle other website, network, and computer needs.Â
•          Manage our client database and focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Â
•          Identify and obtain resources necessary to implement marketing programs
•          Assist in event production and related budget work
•          Design, build, develop and manage a superior customer-service system
•          Support to design marketing and sponsorship program materials
•          Handle communication with clients, including distribution of reports, event marketing updates marketing trends, sponsorship evaluations and ROI measurement
•          Design and produce company e-newsletter, and update any company information on any other communication tools.
•          Maintain contact with regulatory and external bodies

During your employment, you shall be entitled to paid vacation of two (2) weeks per year of employment.
(b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â During your employment, you shall be entitled to paid sick of 5 days (40 hours) per year of employment.
(c)       After each fiscal year of employment will end, you shall be entitled to be paid for the remaining (a) paid vacation hours plus (b) paid sick hours by calculating based on each year’s your salary at the end of each fiscal year. And the paid vacation hours and the paid sick hours will be reset at each new fiscal year.
(d) Â Â Â Â Â You shall be entitled to participate in the group health insurance of the Company and shall pay for the half of that your health insurance fee.
(e)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â You shall be entitled to participate in the group benefit programs of the Company in effect for the Company employees, according to the provisions of such programs.Â
**Requires extensive travel in the U.S. and Japan as well as outside the U.S. Some overtime and weekend work.Â
