A leader in the field of direct mail, Guide Book & Directory Publishing is seeking an experienced outside sales trainer. The candidate will posses the abilities to teach, train, motivate, and help manage a commissioned based outside sales force of over 50 people.

The position will be headquartered in the St. Louis area, but will require extensive traveling to the twenty plus states currently served by Guide Book Publishing. This position offers considerable potential for opportunities in Management.

Ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:A strong background in successful outside sales, preferably in business to business.

Solid experience in training and developing an outside sales force.

A dynamic personality and high energy level.

Ability to work independently but within a team concept.

Ability to train sales representatives to work the telephone to secure appointments.

Ability to train sale representatives to transfer leads into appointments and appointments into sales.

A professional, honest, and ethical personality.

Compensation Program:Base Salary

Lucrative Commission program on personal sales

First Year Potential: $45,000 plus
