Sales Support Assistant-Reporting to VP; Sales

POSITION SUMMARY:
This person will be responsible for supporting Performics sales
efforts of our market leading affiliate and search marketing services.
The qualified candidate will have experience working within a
collaborative working environment engaged in the production of RFP's,
Powerpoint presentations, and other materials in support of ongoing
sales efforts. Expense and travel duties are involved as well.

HUMAN RELATIONS:
- Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels
of staff including internal senior management, staff and external
strategic business partner contacts.
- Must treat all colleagues and outside contacts with respect,
handling all interpersonal and business relationships with the highest
degree of integrity and professionalism.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Support Regional sales offices (NY/CA)
- Assist with compilation of prospective client materials including
sales presentations, proposals and marketing collateral
- Act as liaison to business units for regional sales staff
- Facilitate contract execution and launching of new clients
- Help in researching for new prospective clients
- Display a thorough understanding of assigned target industries and
Company's competitive advantages.

OTHER JOB DUTIES:
- Ability to assist Sales staff in defining and identifying potential
sales targets.
- Assist in sales administrative functions

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline required (Business,
Advertising, Marketing).
- 1-3 years sales-support experience required – preferably online
advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce industries.
- Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written,
and the ability to create compelling, persuasive presentations for
sales team's prospective clients.
- Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and
push revenue expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
