Sales Specialist - MA, Boston (part-time)

To learn more about Mosaic, visit our website at: www.mosaic.com Mosaic, an industry leading national field marketing company specializing in developing and executing field marketing events, sales/merchandising services and retail promotions has an immediate opening for a PART-TIME Sales Specialist.  The part-time Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling and demonstrating cellular phones primarily on weekends, with some weekday evening hours as well as some week day hours, depending on location needs.   Essential Responsibilities:   - Educate customers and store personnel on the integrated features and benefits of our client's brand and product line - Sell and demonstrate cellular phones and accessories in a retail location. - Build relationships with customers while creating brand awareness - Build relationships with all levels of store sales associates and store management - Maintain demonstration units - Work with store management to ensure the sales floor & displays are properly stocked  - Maintain current point of sale materials - Complete daily on-line reports on time and accurately after every shift worked   General Requirements:   - Consumer Electronics knowledge and/or sales experience - Ability to work every weekend  - some additional hours required during the week - Previous experience selling cellular phones and accessories a plus - Retail sales experience - Able to overcome objections and close sales - Comfortable with face-to-face presentations and demonstrations - Experience / comfort level with electronics / technical products - Professional appearance, well-spoken - Independent and self-motivated - Comfortable interacting with all levels of customers and personnel  Technical Requirements:   24-hour daily access to an IBM compatible computer with an operating system of Windows 2000 or newer, along with internet connectivity, a printer, email, and Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or newer)     Auto Insurance Requirements:   All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.     Physical Requirements:   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
