Since 1943, NFIB Sales Representatives have continually educated small business owners through in person cold calling and by utilizing a success proven sales presentation provided by NFIB.   Our Sales Representatives carry a professional sales kit and have a prospective lead list provided for them as well as working on their own with referrals.   What NFIB has to OfferNFIB is an employee oriented organization that offers our Membership Sales Representatives an unlimited straight commission income opportunity. With a commission structure of 40-70% on all new business sales, NFIB compensates with renewal commissions, quarterly bonuses and residuals. NFIB starts every sales representative on a training salary that lasts the first four weeks of employment with some opportunity to make commissions as well.  After being employed by NFIB for 30 days, you would be eligible for full benefits that include major medical, dental and vision insurance.
