Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:  Increase company sales by managing all aspects of sales and marketing coordination for mid-size watch/jewelry design & marketing firm.

 

Description:  We are seeking energetic & positive individual with creative skills in consumer product marketing to join our team.   

 

Duties:

 

* Process all sales orders through the company system, including customer and salesman samples

 

* Support management and sales staff by creating & distributing marketing materials & product information, including but not limited to: catalogs, price lists, POP materials, displays, website & print images.

 

* Communicates with oversees factories on design, development & delivery of watches

 

* Coordinates with domestic vendors on print materials, business cards, ads, posters, folders and other point of purchase materials & displays

 

* Follow up on sales meetings by working with major national retail chains by implementing product assortment plans. 

 

* Daily dialogue with national retail & electronic customers regarding their product program including samples, specification sheets, product information and any other coordination required for implementation.

 

* Plan meetings & tradeshows by assembling prodcuts and coordinating all requirements, including direct marketing such as mailing lists and email blasts.

 

* Some travel required.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

* BS in Marketing or related business degree required.

* Fluent in all Microsoft Applications.

* Experience in Adobe Photoshop & Quickbooks a plus.

* Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

* Experience in the watch/jewelry industry is a plus.
