Wood Manufacturing Company in Northwest Indiana is seeking a talented Sales/Marketing individual that is ready to take their skills and experience to the next level. This is an an exciting and rewarding position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and identify new profitable sales opportunities and maintain book of profitable sales. Develop pricing, discount, product mix, category mix, customer mix and strategies to maximize gross margin. Work to develop sales strategies and tactics to accomplish overall business plan. Work with Sales and Production teams to achieve company goals. Build and generate new leads and convert them to satisfied customers. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales to above company standards.
Requirements: Bachelors degree plus 2 years experience in Sales/Marketing Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Strong communication, presentation and written skills Experience with Excel/Word required Comfort and familiarity with Web-based reporting Strong organizational skills Must have excellent time management skills
Salary/Wage:Â Salary based on experience
Position could be full or part time depending on candidate
