Sales Manager - Seeking General Sales Manager for Nationwide Advertising Corporation

The San Antonio Market is looking for a General Sales Manager to oversee the outside/inside sales team.

Position: General Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
-Oversee sales executives that maintain and expand client base
-Meet sales and profit goals
-Train and coach to the performance standards of the position
-Build, maintain, and motivate sales team
-Measure and communicate performance standards
-Enforce all company policies and procedures

Compensation:
Base Salary - $51,400 to $62,600, plus $2,000 monthly bonus, plus commission % to make ~100,000 First Year
Commission is not capped. 2nd year well into 6 figures.
