Ocwen Solutions, LLC is a Whittier based business specializing in legal counsel, loans, and property management. Currently, Ocwen Solutions is seeking motivated Sales Consultant’s as an agent who performs tasks to provide flow consistent communication, documentation of materials, closing of loan modification proposals to homeowners, or referring clients to processing department for alternatives to saving their home. 

 

With quarterly performance meetings, annual evaluations, and monthly trainings geared towards professional development, Ocwen Solutions, LLC offers employees the tools, training, and feedback necessary for potential salary increase and /or promotion as we are a growing company seeking full time salaried processors and an accountant. 

 

The Sales Consultant position is a 1099 position/independent contractor giving you flexibility in time and hours worked! Ocwen Solutions has a competitive commission structure.

 

 

 

General Tasks Include:

1)      Follow up with leads from our database (there is absolutely no cold calling!) and set up appointments with potential clients who have already called in.

2)      Facilitate documentation process with homeowners at their home or our Whittier office.

3)      Communicate with processing department to expedite the modification process.

4)      Attend mandatory monthly trainings.

5)      Maintain client relationship with homeowner until modification or other avenues are confirmed.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

Hold a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and automobile.

1)      Working knowledge in the following of Microsoft Office

2)      Highly motivated, team oriented, and organized.

3)      Excellent communication skills, writing skills, and phone etiquette. 

4)      Professional and client centered

5)      Bilingual in one of the following is preferred but not mandatory: Spanish OR Mandarin
