I'm a recruiting consultant, currently assisting our client - a well-established, innovative leader in providing a wide range of services and solutions to online direct marketers, brand advertisers, digital advertising agencies, publishers and specialty web sites - in locating an exceptional Account Executive with experience in selling online and internet advertising, with focus on developing agency business.

 

This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial Sr. Sales Professional to join the sales team of an enterprising company and build a business within this exciting, high-growth professional services industry, and maintain a six-figure income, including generous base plus bonuses/benefits.

Qualifications for this opportunity are that candidates must be self-motivated, energetic, polished, successful sales professionals, with high levels of perseverance, yet portray a friendly, outgoing attitude; and possess excellent relationship building skills with direct advertisers, agencies, and media buyers - and above-average prospecting, negotiating, closing, and renewing (presentation and communications) skills - being of utmost importance.

 The individuals will likely be degreed, and possess several years of successful online sales experience - with either an advertising network or a large branded publisher - and will have the abilities to take initiative for new, strategic business development techniques - to build a business and take it to "that next level."  Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models - including CPM, CPC, CPA/CPL, E-Mail, CPV, PPC - and knowledge of advertising network, metrics and analysis; and ad campaign buying and planning, are vital.
