SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER evoke interaction is a full-service NYC and Watertown, Massachusetts based interactive marketing and advertising agency servicing the healthcare industry.  evoke partners with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients – consistently delivering unparalleled levels of strategic service, creative and technological innovation that build richer and more effective interactions between our clients and their customers.   Your role as a Sr. Project Manager: evoke interaction seeks a Sr. Project Manager with experience managing large online and interactive projects in an agency environment. The Project Manager works closely with clients, as well as the account, strategy, creative, design, and tech groups to develop and manage the planning and execution of multiple projects at one time. Your job will be to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard. At evoke this means world-class, innovative interactive solutions that are delivered on time and on-budget for our clients. This position requires ability to work on-site at evoke, with occasional travel to client locations for meetings. A Sr. Project Manager at evoke: · Has a proven record of successfully managing large and small-scale projects including full website builds, rich and standard online ad units, and email campaigns, dbase development, etc.  · Resolves complex production and project issues with a collaborative solutions-based approach · Recognizes the simultaneous need for rigorous adherence to process and the flexibility to adapt to inevitable changes along the way · Collaborates to lead a cross-functional team · Is responsible for writing clear and detailed project documentation including project scopes, estimates and project plans/timelines, etc. · Possesses exceptional interpersonal, organizational and time management skills · Manages client expectations and is accountable for ensuring that all project specifics are delivered on time and on budget · Must understand technology, online media, and the trends of the online marketplace. · Has experience working with and presenting to senior level client executives   Qualified candidates should send their resumes and compensation requirements to jennifer.wire@axishh.com   About evoke interaction Founded in 2006 as a division of AXIS Healthcare Communications LLC, evoke interaction serves our clients with a growing team of professionals – and are backed by 200 colleagues (writers, designers, administration) through the AXIS Healthcare network, part of the Huntsworth Health group. evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, competitive salaries and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement. Qualifications include (but are not limited to): · Minimum 5-6 years of project management experience at an advertising agency · At least 3 years of which must be at an interactive advertising agency · Experience in project management for a full range of e-marketing tactics website builds, online advertising banners including rich media, email marketing · The ideal candidate has pharmaceutical marketing experience (e.g. direct-to-consumer, direct-to-professional, etc) and knowledge of the regulatory process · While not a hands-on developer, possesses technical working knowledge, including HTML, FLASH, Javascript · Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of programs including, MS Project, Visio and Excel · Bachelor’s degreeJob Code : 136 Division/Department : evoke | interaction Travel Required : None
