Senior Marketing Database Manager, Advanced Analytics

 

AT&T Advertising and Publishing is looking for a senior level analyst to join a growing and dynamic Advanced Analytics team. This critical role will provide analytics support and guidance as to how to apply the analytics to yield actionable results by working with key stakeholders in the Business. The individual will be responsible for:

· Developing, testing and managing a suite of revenue enhancement/churn models and/or directing external consultants to perform such work.

· Using quantitative techniques to develop actionable customer insights.

· Developing robust test/learn designs.

· Championing data driven strategies.

· Other analytical duties as assigned.

· Providing recommendations and analysis on demand.

· Being an advocate for analysis.

· Through analysis, advancing the Customer Life Cycle and segmentation initiatives.

Requirements:

· Current hands-on experience using SAS and SQL

· Experience working with large and complex databases.

· Ability to work with all levels within an organization.

· Results oriented and deliver analysis (with actionable recommendations) in a timely manner.

· Strong communication skills - providing compelling analytic arguments that are understood by the layperson and ultimately results in change.

· Ability to take a client request and organize the analysis from a business, not a statistical perspective (even though statistics would get you to the answer).
