This role manages the activities of internal and/or external information architects and user experience resources to work with analysts, designers, and technologists to create and improve Web properties and applications, based on user-centered design and best practices.You will research and prioritize end-user/business needs and functional requirements to develop the information architecture for Web sites and online/network applications to make the site as user friendly and effective as possible. As well as develop the information architecture for Web sites and online/network applications straight through to usability testing.As a part of this team you will work with the Director of Usability Services to develop and nurture user centered design practices within the organization and to provide strategic leadership and best practices. Identify information architecture and user-centered design issues and promote solutions. You will develop management and ownership of specific area of IA competency, as well as overseeing the work of internal or external user experience providers to insure high standards and quality.You must have at least 5 years of experience including wireframe samples and a proven track record. You must have superb communication skills and presentation abilities.
