Established, profitable and rapidly expanding telecommunications service provider to a 500,000 POP Rocky Mountain marketplace seeks a seasoned, successful,  energetic sales leader to help grow our wireless business to business sales teams. If you thrive and succeed in a high growth, results oriented, fast paced environment, then this is the position for you!

The position requires an experienced self-starter who:

· Has a track record of building teams and exceeding plan.

· Has a history of successful coaching, mentoring, developing and inspiring associates.

· Can think and act both strategically and tactically to reach objectives.

· Understands both sales process and sales management process.

· Relishes high earning potential in a performance based culture.

· Is both a leader and a manager.

Of special interest are candidates who have:

· A solid understanding of telecommunications applications with an emphasis on wireless technology.

· Experience in both Enterprise level and business to business sales.

· Understands selling in an account planning and activity based model.

· Direct experience in selling and sales management to small, medium and large business accounts.

· A record of effective leadership in a geographically distributed sales organization.

 Compensation

· A Package that includes competitive salary, Commission and Profit Sharing. The right person will attain a generous income with benefits and expenses paid.
