Position Description

 

We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, self starter to join the Earthlite sales team at our extraordinary facility in Vista, CA   This individual will maintain and develop relations with distributor customer base and will provide excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  Account Development Sales Coordination Project Management Customer Service Educate Accounts on Earthlite products and programs Develop & maintain good relations with all distributor accounts providing Unsurpassed customer service to process/expedite/track/change orders Able to do Power Point Presentations Outbound calls to existing customer base Shipping Quotes Order Expediting Freight Quotes Process Replacement Orders Trade Show Organization Light travel

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree preferable Excellent oral, written and organizational skills Create independent strategy for selling including: timely follow up on all leads, pro-active telephone calling to prospective accounts/contacts, increasing dollar value of each order placed Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook International Sales experience 3-5 years minimum inside/outside sales, customer service experience Ability to educate and train customers on products and procedures Goal oriented and motivated Computer literate in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to deal professionally with customers Time Management Reliable Ability to understand customer needs Accuracy Friendly Positive attitude Ability to multitask
