Research Manager
Research Manager
Mid West based market research firm specializing in customer satisfaction and loyalty research is seeking a Research Manager. In this role you will serve as a resource for all employees on the statistics and methodology employed by the company as well as lead initiatives to improve processes and products.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following: set up data files in SPSS, run descriptive statistics, correlations and regressions.
Requirements
o The ideal candidate for this role will have a Masters degree or PhD in a discipline related to survey research (social sciences, marketing research, statistics or quantitative methods).
o Strong experience with SPSS and Microsoft Office is also required.
o The qualified candidate will have a strong background as a survey methodologist and extensive experience conducting multivariate statistical analyses.
o Experience preparing and presenting analysis results to audiences at all levels of the organization is essential.
o In addition to strong technical skills, strong interpersonal skills are required.
o The qualified candidate will demonstrate a strong record of leadership and management, including training experience.
