As a member of the regional senior team for a $200 million region, you can drive significant growth through great field marketing leadership.  If you have a love and passion for being on the cutting edge of food service and retail trends, this is a great opportunity. A top performer will thrive by analyzing trends and then executing plans to drive top line. The pay is $90,000 to $100,000 plus a 22% target bonus and a company car. Lead and develop 3 district marketing managers directly and indirectly 15 field representatives to execute field programs and to grow their careers. Key position requirements:Minimum of 8 years relevant field marketing experienceExperience in successfully leading a marketing teamTrack record of driving growth through analysis and executionBachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferredExperience in hospitality, food service or higher education marketingMulti-site marketing experienceBusiness to Consumer retail marketing experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective sales and presentation skillsContract-managed services experience is desirableSuccessful experience working in a matrix driven organizationStrong influencing, mentoring and coaching skills

As a Regional Marketing Director you will strategically implement marketing programs within the region for this higher education division of this top, Fortune Most Admired Company. You will report directly to a Vice President of Marketing and indirectly to a Regional Vice President. You will be responsible for supporting operations and marketing managers in developing unit-specific programs and strategies that improve market penetration and increase participation. As a leader on the senior Regional team you will be responsible for driving changes that result in profitable base business growth for the Region and for their clients. The ability to effectively create and communicate marketing principles, strategies and field tactics is essential. Marketing strategies for new business and account retention is also a critical part of the role.

 

The position will be based out of the Dallas Regional Office and requires 50% travel throughout Southeast region. Relocation is available for this opportunity. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package.
