Real-time Marketing Strategic Development Director Experian’s vision is for people, data and technology to become a necessary part of every major consumer economy around the world.  We are currently looking for outstanding people to help us realize our vision. As a Real-time Marketing Strategic Development Director at our Costa Mesa, CA location you will assist in identifying and qualifying prospects in the real-time marketing area. Responsibilities: Rapid triage of incoming pre-sales sales support requests for assistance in qualifying Real Time Marketing prospects. Client facing product presentations and demos. Creation and coordination of client proposals.  Weekly management and updating of the Experian Real Time Marketing pipeline, including status checks with appropriate reps and their managers as needed.  Includes monitoring of sales force efficiency metrics such as Real Time Marketing calls made, appointments set, etc. Coordination, content creation, and process management for Experian Real Time Marketing participation in RFIs, RFPs. Ensure client requirements are properly captured, summarized and delivered to internal partners (eg.  ERTM client services, development, product marketing). Preparation of ad-hoc client support materials for Sales, Decision Sciences, etc.  Creation of standard templates for client facing materials Creation of customized client decks for client presentations. Maintenance and updating of all intranet sales support documentation on multiple intranets (eg. EMS, Automotive, Cheetah, etc). Content creation for client and internal newsletters and sales communications (eg.  EMS Monthly Sales Support newsletter, Cheetah client and sales newsletter, periodic prospecting sales emails) Research in preparation for client meetings. Research of potential partners/OEMs/Resellers.  Relationship development activities with potential partners/OEMs/Resellers, as directed. Liason with Expeian Real Time Marketing and Development to: Monitor, analyze and measure important industry trends. Help set requirements/updates for product demos/portal Work with Experian Real Time Marketing designer for consistent updating of look and feel of client facing materials. Ensure market and client feedback is summarized, documented and distributed to Marketing/Development as appropriate. Manage limited internal financial analysis by client (eg. proactive monitoring of volumes and other KPIs etc.) Administration of Experian Real Time Marketing training, and creation/support of content on Experian Education Express. Project management of the marketing calendar. Assistance with client event management. Bachelor’s degree.  MBA a plus.  5 or more years of business development or related experience, preferably in the online space. High degree of interpersonal skill, poise and professionalism.  Natural “networker”.  Desire to hone leadership skills. Affinity toward process management/attention to detail.  Results driven. Demonstrated analytical abilities.
