Associate, Public Affairs
Burson-Marsteller's Dallas office is seeking an Associate for its Public Affairs Practice. Must have proven experience in Communications, Public Relations and/or Public Affairs. Bachelor's degree required, as well as 2-4 years of communications or public affairs related experience. Individual must possess excellent communications and organizational skills, prior media relations experience, strong editing and proofing skills, and the ability to prioritize and function efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A strong PR writing background is ideal and would include writing media releases, talking points, fact sheets, brochure and/or website copy, speeches, etc. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must.
