Job Description

 

The Project Manager’s role is to facilitate the day-to-day management of all client relationships and their projects.  Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sports and Entertainment, the project manger will assist in managing the overall office/project workflow and assist in all necessary tasks to support clients and the agency.

 Assist in managing and facilitating all aspects of client relationship and their projects, serving as support to Director, the Principals, and additional …and company employees.Work will include: Client communication, project scheduling, workflow, trafficking, deadlines, updates/reports, organization, billing, filing, project maintenance, and all things necessary to ensure client and agency satisfaction.Assist in project management and client/project support for all additional assigned projects.Manage additional projects and clients as workload permits.Assist in building client relationships with new or existing clients.Assist in managing overall office/project workflow and assist on any and all tasks necessary to complete projects, service clients, meet deadlines, and support agency growth and goals.

 

Qualification Requirements

§  Strong communication skills, including the ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.

§  Critical thinking skills.

§  Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and work independently. 

§  Handles confidential information with tact and diplomacy.

§  Sports marketing experience preferred.

 

Education and Training

 

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, plus three to five years related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience in the advertising or creative design studio industry is preferred. Computer experience necessary includes an intermediate to advanced understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook.
