Due to expansive growth, we are looking to hire in traffic/project management. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing production workflow including scheduling and deadline management, and coordinating production-related requirements for print collateral, and other media. This position requires strong organization, negotiation and interpersonal skills and attention to detail combined with an excellent ability to multi-task by coordinating activities and prioritizing conflicting demands. GlobalHue is looking for those individuals who are cutting edge and ready to jump into a truly rewarding position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Keep track of and route jobs and creative materials from one step of completion to the next, securing sign-offs from all required personnel. Progress on jobs should be continuously checked.Monitor production schedules with Account Services, keeping agency personnel apprised of current tasks, pending due dates and missed deadlines.Enter production and T&R estimates into database, then distribute for approval.
Effectively coordinates online advertising by: Executing insertion orders based on specifications including contacting advertisers and gathering creative in a timely manner. Working with customers, editorial and in-house design team on producing creative. Entering orders and creative in 24/7 RealMedia and our internal systems. Proofing, testing and monitoring delivery of ad campaigns. Troubleshooting and communicating issues during the campaign
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution requiredBilingual: English/Spanish preferred1-2 years experience in a Traffic role in an advertising or marketing agencySkilled in Microsoft Word and ExcelMotivated self-starter Organized and detailed-orientedDemonstrates a sense of urgency and high level of customer serviceCommunicates well both verbally and writtenCapable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
