Project Manager
As a Project Manager you will work multiple interactive projects and be responsible for overall project’s success, from project kick-off through completion. This role works closely with Client Relationship Managers to ensure that projects meet clients’ stated objectives. In addition, the Project Manager works with a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, graphic designers, developers, content producers, and testers, ensuring that team members fulfill their responsibilities while staying on budget and on time.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to:
· Gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations to the task level
· Manage project scope including:
o Management and documentation of project kick-off meetings (internal and external)
o Development and management of project timeline
o Monitoring and maintaining internal and external milestones
o Change request management and documentation
o Facilitation of project meetings both internal and external
o Review of all project deliverables for quality and accuracy
o Tracking of features and requirements design and development
o Maintenance of project documentation
o Communication of project status to internal and external stakeholders
o Identification and communication of project risks and assumptions
o Planning for user metrics data to be gathered
· Monitor project pipeline and provide feedback on required assets and resources
· Develop and constantly update region-wide Master Project Plan to assist in resource planning
· Proactively identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps at the project level
· Maintain pool of competent freelancers/vendors to be used as resource needs dictate.
· Work with SVP of Production and other key team members to develop/improve operational efficiencies of the firm including, but not limited to the following processes and procedures:
o Estimating and Planning
o Resource Management
o Quality Assurance
o Scope Management
o Project Management
Requirements
· A minimum of 4 years of project management experience in the interactive industry
· A creative, open-minded, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
· Ability to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
· Ability to multi-task and process information efficiently
· Solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects from start to completion
· Assertive and proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
· A strong team player
· Ability to communicate clearly, delegate projects, and manage multiple projects at once
· Proven experience developing interactive microsites, online campaigns, and websites from concept to delivery and ongoing maintenance
· Strong computer and software skills: Microsoft Project, Excel and Word are a must, HTML and CMS experience a plus
