Project Coordinator - Job DEPC

ProLogis is seeking a Project Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Denver.  Our office is located near Pena Blvd. and I-70.  Provide project coordination, desktop publishing and administrative support for the Graphic and Mapping Services team as part of the Global Marketing Department.

 

Duties and responsibilities include the following:

 Coordinate with graphic specialist on projects from internal departments such as Asset Services and Fund Management to assist in managing tasks and digital assets needed to meet the requirements of projects Search and locate digital assets such as building photos, maps,  floor plans, master plans, aerials and property data needed for Investment Memos, Tour Books, Disposition Memos and Acquisition MemosAssist design specialists with inserting various digital assets into InDesign or MSWord templates for review/approval/publishing of various business documents  Coordinate photo shoots with commerical photographers for facilities and events Use Adobe Illustrator to edit or draw siteplans, maps and aerial photos for use in Memo Templates and PowerPoint presentationsSupport for the ProLogis corporate photography and digital asset library including administrativesupport for launching a new digital asset management sytem; this includes adding metadata to numerous photos (company training will be included)Support requests for photos and documents such as creating pdfs and sending them to our internal clientsAssist with writing and coordinating departmental procedures guidelines and posting to our IntranetDepartmental traffic and administrative support including filing, creating tabs and binders, colorcopying, faxing, preparing expense reports, meeting preparations, ordering supplies and scheduling appointmentsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications include the following:

 4+ years experience in corporate marketing or with an advertising/design agency requiredAssociate degree or independent training with graphic software and desktop publishing also requiredStrong to excellent level skills needed with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutLookIntermediate to strong level skills needed with Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat
