Program Manager for e-Marketing company

Summary: 
As a member of an e-Dialog account team, you will work with leading corporations to help them achieve strong business results through e-mail marketing and database marketing technologies. Responsibilities include:


 Being the primary contact with clients’ marketing program and technical production staff Communicating client needs to internal e-Dialog production and technical staff, and coordinating client approvals on all projects. Interfacing with e-Dialog marketing technology to ensure clients are set-up properly and utilizing it correctly Managing the high-quality preparation and timely delivery of all client projects, including web application, engineering, analytics and creative Working closely with other account team members in all client marketing strategy initiatives, from both a thinking and administrative perspective Preparing analyses of client campaign results and identifying opportunities to improve results Assisting Account Manager with billing, budgeting, and forecasting
The ideal candidate will have: 2-4 years of full-time work experience in an Internet and/or marketing-related field Strong technology acumen and interest Demonstrated interest in marketing as a career Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong project management skills -- excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle several simultaneous projects Solid quantitative/analytical skills High personal quality expectations Excellent interpersonal skills Good problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills Willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done Potential to take on higher-level strategic roles in the future Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Some basic knowledge of HTML (a plus) A strong academic background (minimum of a bachelor’s degree)
