The Program Manager will be responsible for the success of clients' paid search programs. They will be client centric and provide thought leadership on search strategies and optimization by building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, search engines and internal staff members.



Description:
The Program Manager will assist the team in the following areas: Providing daily account management, including interaction with clients, technology and Internet search properties via phone, emails and direct contact; execution which includes launching, monitoring, analyzing and communicating effective and ineffective areas of a search program; educating clients on the changes in the search industry and how these changes could potentially affect the clients’ programs and overall objectives; as well as being responsible for search program success by developing and modifying bidding strategies and effective keyword management on paid placement search engines as well as effective management of paid inclusion programs.

Requirements:Ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree4 - 6 years experience in account management Strong analytical and implementation skills High competency level in MS Office products including Excel and Access Background in successful online advertising principles Understanding of direct marketing concepts and principles preferred Internet experience required, preferably in the search industry
