Production/Traffic Coordinator
Reports to:
VP, Digital Group Account Director
Summary:
The role of the Sr. Digital Operation Specialist is two-fold:
1. To develop and maintain a master schedule of all digital campaigns: Build project plans and provide up to date reporting on all campaigns to various stakeholders.
2. To coordinate the delivery of all creative advertising assets to the trafficking team: The primary day-to-day liasion between Initiative Digital and and agency partners, clients, and publishers/vendors on all creative media projects to ensure that campaigns are launched on time with assets that meet media specifications.
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain master campaign schedule in Microsoft Project – including a master resource calendar and work calendarCoordinate with Creative Partner Agency creative delivery timelinesDetermine campaign project milestones and actively measure progress against milestones to ensure timely and successful completionReport on campaign project progress and resource/labor constraintsWork closely with Creative Partner Agency producers/project managers through the creative production processSupport Creative Partner Agencies as an advisor on rich-media production with rich media vendors (e.g. Atlas Rich Media)
· Work with Media Team to create Creative Production Worksheets for Creative Partner Agencies. Update as necessary based on creative concepts (e.g. add site-specific creative executions)
· Schedule Creative Partner Agency media briefings
· Serve as point person to clarify media specifications for Creative Partner Agencies
· Supervise and track asset delivery from Creative Partner Agencies in traffic workbook
· Gather custom units/sponsorships from Publishers
· Deliver approval URL's to Creative Partner Agencies and Clients
· Gain Creative Partner Agency and Client approval/feedback for Publisher custom units
· Communicate Creative Partner Agency and Client custom unit feedback/revisions to Publishers
· Gain formal Creative Partner Agency and Client approval for custom Publisher ad units
· Identify and manage all campaign creative asset issues and risk
· Assist Media Supervisors to update status reports regarding creative deliverables
· Confirm hand-off of creative assets to trafficking teamSupport trafficking team on creative asset QA process (e.g. functional and tracking issues) Provide recomendations regarding digital elements within media plans to media team when requested
