We are looking for a skilled and experienced problem solver who has broad technical skills and knowledge with ability to interrogate systems, processes and data for the purpose of improving processes and reporting.  The position requires attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to effectively interact with clients and office personnel are essential.  Must be well spoken and aggressive in a courteous manner.  In order to successfully perform, the candidate must be organized and efficient. 

Candidates for this position must be self-starters, and willing to fulfill a variety of roles in support of the business units.  These include but are not limited to:

 

·Technical and process liaison with Fortune 500 client. Understand client direction on all system and data development initiatives and insure Production Services team maintains highest level of integration and engagement.

·Act as subject matter expert on all client customer data and operating systems including the integrated customer and prospect database driving all client marketing initiatives and client internal systems supporting marketing same marketing efforts.

·Create, maintain, and audit robust measurement and QC systems for reporting to upper management and client leadership.

· Create and present technical oriented presentations to management and client leadership.

· Be responsible for making decisions on day to day process improvements.

· Approve travel of team members to client facilities in relation to ongoing initiatives and budget constraints.
