Job Location:  Salt Lake City, UT 84101

Hours/Week:  Full time position

Job Purpose:

Oversee the workflow from account services to creative and through final production

Responsibilities:

·         Manage the traffic department to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality

·         Work with creative & account teams to offer production solutions & options

·         Lead production meetings

·         Train new and existing team members

·         Negotiate the best value from vendors for our clients

·         Monitor project budgets to ensure compliance

·         Support the account team in articulating the benefits of TSG handling the production process

·         Collaborate with the account team to ensure that concepts presented are within the agreed upon budget/scope

·         Enforce billing processes and procedures

·         Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate billing

·         Follow established processes & procedures to ensure accuracy & quality

Qualifications:

·         5-7 years prior experience as a Production Manager

·         A deep understanding of print, TV, radio, & direct mail

·         Agency experience preferred

·         Strong negotiation and organizational skills

·         Knowledge of MS Office
